When will I receive the tracking number?

1. All e-scooter orders purchased from the official store will ship within 24 hours by default, with delays possible on weekends and holidays.

2. All accessory orders will ship within 48 hours by default, with delays possible on weekends and holidays. Please note that some accessories require customization or model confirmation via email, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

3. Most accessories are shipped from our factory in China by air, taking more than 10 days to arrive. Tracking information may not be updated in real-time until the accessories reach customs, please be patient.

4. During major holidays such as Black Friday, shipping times may be longer due to increased logistics activity.

How do I get a tracking number for my shipment?

An email with your tracking information will be sent when your package ships. However, if you placed the order while logged in, you may also go to "My Account" for order details and tracking information.
