Warranty scope of BOYUEDA official store :
BOYUEDA Official Store guarantees that these cool BOYUEDA electric scooters will be free from any major defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months from the date of purchase, and can be returned and refunded within 30 days after receiving the electric scooter .
Please note that free warranty is only applicable to first purchases from boyueda-official.com store. Please keep the original invoice to verify your purchase to obtain warranty service. Please refer to the table below for details.

For Batteries
BOYUEDA batteries come with a 1 year warranty. During the first year of service, defective batteries will be repaired with spare parts free of charge. Battery repair warranty lasts until the original date of purchase, and BOYUEDA can only directly assess the battery for defects.
This warranty does not cover:
(1) Wear and tear of consumable parts that require regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand lights, LCD screens, pedals, cranks , motors, saddles, derailleurs) that may wear out during normal use and are not covered by normal wear and tear warranty. Replacement parts can be purchased at boyueda-official.com .
(2) Defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, improper use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or similar activities not intended for the product), improper storage, contact with liquids, contact with chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or mechanical stress
(3) Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage unless caused by Boyueda.
(4) Products with serial numbers or bar codes removed, defaced, damaged, altered or difficult to identify;
(5) Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by BOYUEDA with the product.
(6) Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment in a manner different from the assembly instructions and user manual.
(7) Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning strike, earthquake, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuse or improper use of power.
In addition, with respect to batteries, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
(1) Charging with a charger that is not suitable or designed for the battery.
(2) Using an improper charger.
(3) The battery shows any signs of tampering or damage.
(4) Using the battery in a device other than the designated bicycle.
For the framework
(1) BOYUEDA electric scooter frames are covered by a 2-year replacement warranty.
(2) This warranty covers frame replacement only. Labor costs to transfer parts to the replacement frame are not included; a BOYUEDA authorized service representative will determine if the frame qualifies for replacement.
(3) When replacing a frame, BOYUEDA reserves the right to use a frame with scratches and dents from inventory. BOYUEDA may choose to replace an out-of-stock frame style and/or color with a compatible frame style and/or color.
Frame issues not covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to:
(1) Corrosion.
(2) Paint fading, scratches, impact marks.
(3) Damage caused by impact.
(4) Irreversible modifications (such as drilling or welding).
Applicable to components (motor, controller, battery, charger, throttle, pedal assist sensor, display panel)
The warranty period for the motor, controller, battery, charger, throttle, pedal assist sensor, display panel and flywheel is 1 year.
This warranty does not cover:
1. Defects or damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing or other activities inconsistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect or abnormal physical, electrical or mechanical stress.
2. Scratches , dents and cosmetic damage not caused by BOYUEDA.
3. The serial number or bar code of the product is removed, defaced, damaged, altered or unreadable.
4. Defects or damage to the product caused by the use of accessories, products or auxiliary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by BOYUEDA.
5. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair or adjustment in violation of the assembly instructions and user manual.
6. Defects or damage caused by external factors such as collision, fire, flood, storm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of power supply.
7. Normal wear and tear caused by non-manufacturing or material defects, such as tires, brakes and other parts subject to wear. BOYUEDA can assess the degree of wear and tear.
Warranty Claims
All claims under this warranty must be submitted to BOYUEDA Official Store at support@boyueda-official.com. Any warranty request must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product. Before submitting a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact BOYUEDA Customer Service at support@boyueda-official.com , as there may be a simple solution to your problem without the need to file a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 2 years of the initial purchase will be processed by BOYUEDA Official Store. Defective displays, batteries, motors, and controllers may be replaced during the warranty period. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
BOYUEDA Official Store will not replace any parts without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. The customer must provide this evidence via email to support@boyueda-official.com .
Note: BOYUEDA Official Store will provide replacement components and parts free of charge within the scope of responsibility (excluding shipping costs). Any installation costs not authorized by the after-sales team will not be borne.
Shipping damage
If all accessories are scratched or lost during transportation, no replacement or compensation will be provided. In rare cases, the items received may be damaged during transportation. If there is transportation damage, please contact support@boyueda-official.com and provide photos or videos as evidence. Note: The following situations will be considered normal and are not covered by the free replacement or refund policy: (1) Minor damage to the outer packaging. (2) Minor scratches or paint peeling on the product. (3) Bendable parts are bent due to transportation. (4) Parts or easily worn parts are damaged after a certain period of time or use. We will not accept shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after receiving any product.
How to Get Service
If the product you purchased does not function properly under normal conditions during the warranty period, please visit boyueda-official.com support for product repairs and assistance. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product so that our technical team can identify the problem and provide assistance. Alternatively, you can contact official customer service directly at support@boyueda-official.com . If a replacement is required, we will send the part to be replaced and provide you with the correct steps.
